Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 USD, our standard shipping costs $6.95 USD and priority shipping with insurance $12.95 USD.
What is your processing time?
Orders can sometimes take 1-3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
What is your shipping time?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
- United States: 7 - 14 days
- Canada: 7 - 14 days
- Australia: 7 -14 days
- Europe: 8 - 20 days
- Oceania: 8 - 20 days
- Latin America: 8 - 20 days
- Other countries: 11 - 30 days
Max delivery time – 45 business days.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

I checked my tracking code no information is showing, what should I do?
We know you are excited to get your order, but don't worry! This just means you're checking it too quickly, you have to wait at least 48 hours to track it.
We print our shipping labels, notify you and then ship it out. You are our priority.
